I'm actually not even past HLTA and WEWH on my second (Nightmare) playthrough.

You see, exams, and I have been given a suggestion that I drop gaming for a bit. Which sounded pretty good to me, so I follow it.

Ohhhh student... Ouch!

I come home after work and other than chores I play. Occasionally I watch tv :P

Oh, I might drop out. Find a job...

Do the same.

Maybe...

Damn that would suck.

Nope, nah-uh. You finish your degree, you.

I'm already graduated.

I just meant that unless you do Champion of the Just, Cole doesn't get an intro, whereas you can always visit the mages and meet Dorian, which seems slightly unfair.

Also, I hate finding stupid shards to open a door.

Oh I see. I get what you mean but Dorian is just so much fun in the Chantry...

Well, the only motivation remains free time... and money.

Because with just high school, any employer has the right to just tell me to be happy with minimal wage.

College opens up better jobs. The kind where minimal wage is a sure way to go to hell at the end of your life.

Exactly. And school can be fun! I loved my degree program.

Stick with it, okay? It'll be over before you know it.

Oh my god just witnessed Sera taking down a dragon (the Highland Ravager too!) with one Thousand Cuts for the first time. I went to go kill it because I wanted the Keeper Schematic and I was fully prepared to just use God Mode to kill it if need be because I didn't want to craft or respec for the fight. but lmfao. Not necessary. Bless you Sera.

It wasn't literal.

More of a figurative thing to show how everyone would look at you if you offered minimal wage for a job that requires college education.

But yes, I agree, I hear hell is nice this time of year.

I hate school with a passion by now...

Gotta stick it out, that's it.

Half of the entire thing is in Czech, and the other half has my personality's specific touch.

Thinking the way I do shows a lot, I guess...

It's not that good. Though I suppose it is good enough for people to not be ashamed for forgetting where I'm from. So don't feel ashamed, as "sorry, I'm actually British and don't understand a word you're saying" is my favorite way to get past all those people selling stuff on the street.

Plus, you have no way of hearing my accent. That'd probably give me away, since it tends to jump all over the damn place.

Oh, I also didn't thank you for your offer! So, thanks!

i was being witty lol

I was afraid I came out as offensive or aggressive... Better safe than sorry.

Well you're welcome, even though I'm useless!

Lol, how heavy is your accent? I may need subtitles in person.

And that's a brilliant tactic. I just don't make eye contact and move away as far as possible. :P

Well, I think you wouldn't be able to tell from my accent unless I spoke for a longer period of time. Then I'd keep jumping, British, Irish, American, maybe occasional Aussie, I don't really know. All I know, I don't quite speak with a single accent in a unified fashion.

So if I'll ever be a spy in an english speaking country, I have to only speak in very short sentences! :D

(I do spot a bit of RP every now and then, some words I find better pronounced the American way, I was told I sounded Irish in the past, and sometimes, I think I mix up accents I don't even know the names of... It's... weird. Like me, so I guess it suits me at the end of the day!)

I did something similar in Mexico once when hawkers came up to me and tried to sell me stuff in English because I'm tall and white. I put on my best French accent and told them in faltering Spanish that I didn't understand...

Do you ever have times when you start to reply to like five or six different posts and you keep going "Wait, I don't really have anything to say or contribute here, I should back out of this"?

And then you make a self-deprecating post to balance it out. Like this one.

I made popcorn because I need to cheer up, so this is my SHARING POPCORN WITH THE THREAD post

And imagine managing a perfect impression, as far as the people here are concerned.

A lot of them wouldn't be able to tell our countries of origin apart, Uncle. They just seem to have that little experience with telling accents apart.

I just have to admit it. It's not my skill, it's their lack of  experience that fools them!

"So where are you from, normal guy who totally doesn't look like a spy?"
"I'm Irish."

"Huh, you sound kind of Australian."

"Yup, I'm Australian."

"Okay you sounded kind of American there."

"I'm not a spy."

Man, how did you pick up so many accents?

I wish I had an accent. Everyone always says I do when I travel, but I don't hear it. Is Canadian really that distinct?
