Are you actually scouse, Poodle, or is that just where you are at uni?

 

I'm not nor have I ever been to Liverpool. I don't quite understand where this thinking has come from.

Yeah. I was asking if he's from Liverpool, or just living there while he is at Uni. A scouser is British slang for someone from Liverpool, so asking if someone is scouse is asking if they are from there.

I don't believe I did. I might have mentioned Liverpool at one point or another but no, I don't go to Uni there. I live in, and go to Uni in Weston-super-Mare. When people ask, I just say Bristol because they're quite close to one another.

Ah right. That makes the four hour drive you suggested to get to York seem like an under-estimate instead of the over-estimate it seemed to me at the time!

Alternatively, if you can make it to your PC (assuming you have one...?) AudaCity is a free recording program. Pretty good, too.

 

Yeah. Free, open source recording program. Cross-platform, too, they claim.

 

I think I've used audacity on three platforms. It's a good one.
