Well it's certainly not for everyone that's for sure. I enjoy it though, also a bit of DotA. Haven't played Starcraft. Don't you have to pay for that?

One area where my geekiness fails me is "video games as a spectator sport." I just don't enjoy it. Also Twitch or let's play videos in general. That's when I do feel like an out of touch old man...

I watch this to see how the "pros" play it. Try and implement it within my own play style and get better for it. I don't understand let's plays. Stuff like PewDiePie... Sure, he's funny but so many people I know don't want to play the game. I ask them "Are you going to get ..." and they'll just reply with, "I'll watch the story on YouTube." Seriously, you're missing out people!
