I don't think she's an Artificer, that's for sure.

Given how each class is utilized by one of the companions, I'm guessing the companion will teach the main character the single specialization.

On the topic of specs, I think the mages are covered pretty sure (Vivienne as KE and Solas as RM), my only doubt is the Templar/Champion specs between Cass and Blackwall. I think it'll be templar the former and Champion the latter.

With every new little tidbit, screenshot and fan art that I come across it's becoming more and more clear that every single one of my male Inquisitors will be gazing longingly in her general direction, probably getting accidentally killed as a result more than once.

I agree. Though there Artificier Dagna is present, and Cullen Could teach the templar spec as well.
It'd require Cass and Varric to have unique specs though, which I don't think Is going to happen.

If it's a sort of redone duelist spec (ie emphasizing stylized combat maneuvers and quick footwork to gain an advantage) then I can definitely see her embracing that specialization. If instead, the assassin spec focuses more on DPS (as it has in games past), while the Tempest spec focuses on shadow like abilities then Cole would probably be the tempest and she'd be the assassin.

Tempest seems like it might deal more with ranged damage, and Sera is more thief than murderer. Plus, there's the trailer that describes her as bringing a groundswell...Sera is going to be a force of nature!

That's what I was thinking. The definition for 'tempest' implies violence or chaos, so she's unlikely to be the assassin type if things are what they sound like.
