Translation is so interesting. I remember when I was almostsorta getting okay with Mandarin (able to have conversations about different topics) and I would be watching a Chinese show and looking at the subtitles thinking there were some differences. Like the character onscreen said things that just weren't in the English translation. Or how it seemed like it had a different feeling/idea in the subtitle.

Translation is so interesting. I think with subtitles it's often necessary to cut bits of what's said, just to allow for comfortable reading. I also think that doing subtitles well is an art all of it's own, and I do cringe sometimes when I think that they've been done badly...

Money's the big problem. PC's only viable if you're willing to shell out the cash for a brand new machine and then upgrades every now and then.

That's the problem, isn't it? Budget is always a concern.

 

Also buying a PC isn't always the best policy if you want a smooth and easy experience. Every console of one model is basically the same as every other, so for the most part each owner of a particular console will get the same experience of a game. The same is not true for PCs. The array of processors, RAM, motherboards etc that can be used to power a game is staggering. Sometimes the tweaking you do isn't about installing mods, but just what's necessary to get the game even to run. That's not what everybody is happy to spend their time doing.

purple mixed blue(spectrum wise) helps convey that idea

I went with red. red is the root chakra color. so her eyes and tattoo are both red. rooted in death. but she's looks cute LOL

my pc eyes are often a mix of gold/emerald(takes forever to get that spectrum.

i think tech junk yards have decent parts. Built my pc few years back with "dead parts" (only played TOR though on it*
