not too Sithy - enough to lezmance?
Okay I have to know, how Sithy is too Sithy?
She has nice concept art though.

So is the expansion worth it? I haven't played since 2.6 almost a year ago but was toying with resubbing for a bit to run all the new content on all the old toons. How are the new FPs and the raids? Is Lana Beniko non-psychotic - not too Sithy - enough to lezmance?
well I have been a f2p for 3 years . And just become a preferred....after much raging .
Let see.....I dont care/never did Pvp or raid or warzone . I only Solo fp cose I get bored..and at high Lvl so mostly for story if at all .
And...I havent done the expansion Shadow of revan since I dont give a damn about revan . I brough it for Satele Sakeee... ![]()
And...so far I have done mostly Makeb on Both side . repb get cheated for its boring and feel short . But Imp side was better ![]()
Ohhh..the only good thing Repb side had..was a Smoochie in Makeb that Imp do not get !
And I had to slaaaaave....anyway , so far I got my Sorc to 55 . My Warrior and smuggler and Consular to 53 . Still have to work on 6 others toons......Argh so much work LOL
I want to do revan expansion on my Sorc first cose she is the Vilainy ![]()
Oh here its : My Smuggler ! Haha Ya never guess her name ! it's Blah'Day!

Only repb get the smoochie in Makeb . On Imp..my Sorc is still humping the ship ![]()
I dunno, "actually wanting the Empire to win the war" is probably where I'd draw the line
Ha, you don't expect much.
When I gave the game a go I tried to play an agent who was pro-empire, anti-sith but I never played it far enough to find out if that makes sense. Or the if the Empire actually is any better.

The Agent story is the best so far . And the only one who has +4 ending .

I brough it for Satele Sakeee...
*sigh* Satele... My poor Jedi Knight was helplessy in love with her. I never will forget when she heard Satele's incredible voice in her comlink (that's the way it is put in English, isn't it?) saying she expected her in her chambers... Whow. *getting weak at the knees* ![]()

I only do fp for her Briefing..is that bad ? LOL does the force have hell ?
Yeah, I played Makeb already, Imp side and Pub. When I left I had 5 55s (Knight, Smuggler, Warrior, Agent, Inquisitor), 2 53s (Consular, Hunter), and one 51 that hadn't actually finished her class story yet (Trooper
), and I was doing the Dread Fortress/Dread Palace HM/NiM progression raids as mdps, rdps, and heals. Couldn't tank any of the 55 content above Story Mode, because I bring no honor to my family. (Also: no mic. Timing was too tight to try to talk over text chat and fight at the same time.) High-end multiplayer content was important to me, at least when it's PvE.
Lemda smoochies were great! I mean, she wasn't really all that into it and you never hear from her again and she's not exactly up to the amount of content of a companion, but ladykisses were way more than we had at launch. So that was awesome. I had a tiny Twi'lek Gunslinger that went right after that. (Seemed out of character for my Knight.) I was excited about Lana, because the first Invasion flashpoints were actually on the PTS when I quit, so I'd seen the first cutscenes on Dulfy and all that but it wasn't enough to keep me in the game during a particularly rough semester. Here's hoping that she's good enough for your Sorc, haha!
Nice outfit on that Smuggler, btw. Is that the Mira cartel market gear from KotOR 2 or is it something on the same pattern? And what dye module did you use? It's cool!
No , I did want Mira outfit . But it make my smuggler butt look LARGE .
So I went with this one instead . Its cool right ?
Ya should see my Warrior...she is so gorgeous now..I got her this smexy Armor...she look like a Queen ![]()
I only finished the warrior , Inquist , Smuggler and consular . I have yet to finish the Agent (leaving for Last) , Trooper , BH and JK .
I also made another Sorc assassin..cose I wanna kill Harkun !! I cant believe I missed killing that jerk !
Yeah I dont do any of that stuff ya do . And Ya wont get me on a Mic..unless ya want avalanche to hit your house ![]()

That story works basically perfect for the Agent. Agent Chapter 2 (levels 32-40) is a true mind-game spy thriller, brilliantly written. But throughout the class story you have to wrestle with the issue of loyalty, how far you'll go for the Empire, what you think about the Sith specifically, and so on. There are basically four different endings to the Agent story: siding with a particular renegade (still evil, just too quietly psychotic for even the 'regular' bad guys) Sith Lord (decision made in Chapter 1 that resonates later), becoming a double-agent to work for Republic SIS (decision made in Chapter 2 that resonates later), staying loyal to your comrades in Intelligence and helping them regain power by undercutting the Sith, or backing the Sith to the hilt and leaving your Intelligence buddies out in the cold.
Unfortunately, class stories ended at level 50 and there's been not a whole lot of reactivity to them ever since. But for a couple hundred hours of content you get a spectacular story. After that it's a bit more generic.
Ah thats why you make 2 AGENTS! One Operative all Psycho lol and one Sniper who is all LS
I heard that revan expansion is the 1st expansion where your personal story will play a role . So cross fingers and toes and hope it be awesome and not a let down...

All my Imp toons are LS. I can't roleplay bad guys very well. I just go to YouTube for that stuff.
There is class story-related content in Shadow of Revan, and it got a pretty mixed reception. Some people thought it was nice and loved seeing old friends again, others that it was too short and didn't really advance the plot much. From what I hear, it's one or two missions on the new expansion planets, Rishi and Yavin 4, and that's about it.
I made one of each..that Operative laughing in Hawke voice while healing someone who is bleeding...BEG for DS lol and my sniper is LS .
well..I aint in any hurry to see the expansion , and beside..if Satele is there....everything will be static..that mean..DONT ASK for feedback! we are lost at seaa! ![]()
What server are ya on Eirene?? pleasedontsayebonhawkeorharbinger pleaaaaaaaaasee...
Hey Thats my server!!
If ya ever plan on coming back , Let me know !
I love playing with Burritos and shinie , but both are repb Loverrr.....while I'm more an Imp side ![]()

Cool, I'd read that it's arguably the best.

That's a new one.
That story works basically perfect for the Agent.
Are the Empire by themselves less, um, Fascists in SPACCCEEEEE! than the Sith? Turning and working for SIS sounds like it could be really cool though, maybe.

I stopped playing after the client decided it needed to redownload and my previous computer was struggling anyway. I've thought about going back though I'm not sure how much I want to grind through stuff to get to the bits I like. Also HEROICs with strangers just seemed awkward.

I find bad guys tend be kind of stupid, though maybe that's inherent.
comlink (that's the way it is put in English, isn't it?)
Comlink? Yes.
That's a new one.
Thats an old one..I always call ya that
At some point later today I'll have to post some screenies. Took out Hivernal last night in Emprise Du Lion. Sera barely injured the whole fight. Then we took out the dragon in the Emerald Graves which is a dragon about 3 or 4 levels below Hivernal (or something) and she gets wiped within the first thirty seconds!
I figure she got a little over-confident!!

Might be time to dust off the my Sith pure blood tank and behead scum rebel scum. Though, I didn't end up caring much about Revan, so I might skip the new expansion, for now.

Not really! They seem to be invested in an Imperial culture that is somehow different from that of the Republic without ever elucidating what it actually is. They also don't technically mention it directly either, and I might just be pointing it out to be charitable (or because of countless stupid Eirene Post-filled arguments with Imp loyalists on the SWTOR forums). They don't seem to be overly fussed about the ordinary people of the Empire considering how they treat them in the various internal security missions.
In fact, the sole explicit discussion of what the non-Sith Imps want to do that the Sith Imps don't is basically 'stop acting like psychos to people who are trying to do their jobs (i.e. us)'. They don't actually object to what those jobs are in many instances, except for snide comments about suppressing slave rebellions or cleaning up the dark lords' messes. They seem to be in it for raison d'état and victory over the Republic and little else, and even those things aren't particularly clear.
So the anti-Sith aspect of the Empire isn't fleshed out much more than somebody who was a fangirl of the Imps from the movies would want. They say 'not this' without any real program for what would replace it. They have even less of a plan than the Malet plotters or the Stauffenberg ring. Which is probably because they don't actually want to get rid of the Sith, or at least don't appear to want to. The Agent Chapter 1 and Agent Chapter 3 enemy groups are the ones most associated with that program. At the end of the class quest, Intelligence mostly wants to keep doing its job for the Sith, and doing it well, without the Sith exercising things like unreasonable fiat executions or oversight.
By my definition, the game doesn't involve much grinding at all; you don't even need to complete every mission and side quest given to you in order to remain leveled enough to complete all content easily. I made it a practice to complete every single-player and multiplayer quest at least once on each character; most of them did everything only once (single-player quests before endgame are almost never repeatable anyway), and even with that they all got comically overleveled by the first Chapter 1 plot world (Taris/Balmorra). After Rise of the Hutt Cartel dropped I was regularly getting toons to 55 on Voss, which is a level 44-47 world, and the only reason it didn't happen sooner is that you get drastically less XP for quests far beyond your character's level.
The game also doesn't make single-player content particularly hard. None of the stories have deadly bosses, and there are only a few in each plotline that have even one or two mechanics to deal with. People have cleared final class-quest bosses while 8 levels under, going by some of the brag threads, and while that's not necessarily indicative of 'true' difficulty the point is that you shouldn't be too bad off if you skimp on sidequests and focus on class quest and main quest content. The difficult stuff is saved for groups, like the HEROICs, Flashpoints, world bosses, and Operations, or the single-player story in the expansions. (Many tears were shed on launch for Rise of the Hutt Cartel; Pubs had a relatively easy go with their final boss Toborro but the Imp fight, the Archon, was genuinely tough. Look up the mechanics if you don't want to wipe at least once.)
Grinding is mostly a feature of the endgame: grinding dailies to get cash, grinding resource runs to get mats, grinding operations for top-tier gear, grinding weeklies for commendations. All of that is fundamentally optional, except for possibly the operations, which add to the story, but which require a group and which can also be difficult for newer ungeared players. The first Op was a little skimpy on storyline, but subsequent Ops added more conversations and cutscenes and by Rise of the Hutt Cartel we eventually got a semi-cinematic Op, "Scum and Villainy"/Darvannis. I can break down group content/solo content for stories below. (Shadow of Revan apparently made all story content associated with the operations visible in a sort of single-player mode too, and now that the expansion has dropped there's level 60 gear relatively easily available, with which one can do the level 50 and level 55 operations without dragging down the group too much.) But you don't need cash unless you buy customization or raiding gear with it; you don't need comms except for endgame gear; you don't need mats except for cash or gear. Experiencing the story is almost entirely within the wheelhouse of a solo player.
Spoiler
Ya should go and tell them to give us more content toward LS Warrior !
well more like..the idea toward that . Ya know...cose when ya play as LS warrior (cose there is no way I'M playing DS warrior)....its like they forget to add good stuff if ya play as one .
Ya know like at some point some Baldy ya know who gonna do ya know what . Then some Darth will come bossing ya around . And as LS warrior , I'm like..can I just sign up with the Jeeday ? Cose both of ya are booring and the ship is sinking.....and the safe boat is sailing without meh .
