It's always important to keep in mind that modern manufacturing process for most electronics is engineered to give them a shorter life span than they would have had years ago. I have an eight track player that with no maintenance works like a champ and a "high quality" home stereo that the the lens is constantly getting stuck in place that I have had freaking thing is less than a year and a half.

true but if it is degrading faster than its "ideal" lifespan it doesnt bode well.

My ps3 had the same issue.. and if the patterns the same its got 2-3 weeks depending how long its played

I was really disappointed at the fact that Tallis didn't become a full time companion after the Mark of the Assassin and didn't return in DA:I. Having her in a party with Solas would have made for some good banter and I think that she would have been able to soften Solas'es view on the Qunari. On a side note, apparently I have a thing for Elf women. lol I might even romance Merril at this point, since I'm not that far into DA 2.

My only beef with Tallis is that she sucked as a party member.
She took the spot always reserved for Varric but didn't have his crit chance or attack speed buffs to be good for anything other than spamming Fatiguing Fog while Hawke and Isabela killed everything.

I can't speak much on sony in therms of product lifespan and over all quality. Because I had a nasty experience with a  heavy duty portable cd player that was made for using when working out a few years ago that pretty much made swear off sony ever since. Spent nearly two hundred on it because it was supposedly sock  proof and water resistant. Dropped the thing once, onto grass/soft soil and it didn't work after that.

I liked Tallis..and I just didnt like the preaching about the Qun . I mean I can understand where she coming from , but the whole 'I only see good and there is no bad' thats where ya lose me . Blind like that..no way . 

 

But the whole Tallis was worth it..for what Bela say to her in the end

lol I collect music. Last time I counted( and this was about a year ago) I had 275 cd's, 87 cassettes, 90 vinyl records and at least 45 eight tracks. At this point I could open my own music store. lol
