I only took some vaccines when I started high school and again when I started at the university.

I'm one of those people who hardly ever gets sick, but when I do it's typically really bad and I end up at the hospital at some point. Last time it was a sinus infection that turned into a complete upper respiratory infection with fluid in the lungs as well. Not fun.
Monkey the end all fix for a upset stomach is baking soda. It taste like crap and can really feel weird when the stuff starts neutralizing the acid in your stomach. But trust me it works and fast.

Drink lot....eat fruit , wash hands , throw kleenex once used......wash more hands...eat soup , get rest..listen to your body and sleep .
Edit: Oh and dont forget to..ya know...open a bit the window so all the crap get out...if ya sneeze alot . But keep warm as well..

Every year. The flu mutates every year, and there's usually about 100 different strains, the vaccine just targets the 4 most prominant / most likely to be contracted.
Also, even if you're not likely to get sick, by getting the flu shot you help protect the people around you who can't get shots either due to being too young, too frail, or allergic to the shots. It's called herd immunity.

It helps keep the illness from getting out of hand. People not vaccinating is what's bringing back all these diseases that we'd almost eradicated like measles and polio.
