Uhg my head... no I don't want to know. Personally as a bisexual I'm really grateful that Bioware has given us great bisexual characters like Isabela. But I do see that Bioware should possibly be a bit more careful in the way they say things because I do remember the whole "unrealistic" thing they said when first announcing the queer LIs, which was rather uncalled for and hurtful to me even though I knew it was a mis-wording. 
 
Now if Sera or Dorian rag on the inquisitor for being bi specifically during a love triangle scenario then maybe I will have to check where my loyalty to Bioware lies... (though I seriously doubt that will happen)

I've already answered how I would handle it, so I'll ask you a question.

At the beginning of the article, she says someone has called BioWare biphobic. Can you tell me why they accused BioWare of that? Their specific complaint?

Just read the article (though I was hesitant) and I agree that the blog doesn't even explain why there are people calling Bioware biphobic despite the fact that's the headline...

Also I appreciate allies and all but what does she know about my or other bi's personal experiences other then heresay. She gives the one "cake" example but then accuses my sexuality as being a cop-out. As if a lesbian or gay man being with a bisexual is an erasure of their queer identity...

.... If you ask me she's proving the point she's trying to dispute (assumingly?) without even knowing it.

Anyway to be back on topic. Yay Sera kind of looks like Angelina Jolie... that gets me sort of excited about her I guess? I wish she would ditch the eyeliner personally though, or lighten it up a bit. Reminds me of my friend in middle school and her 'emo' phase...
I need to know more about her to get excited personally.

It looks like a lot of the male and female companions went heavy on the kohl liner.  I think it's just a quirk of the engine to be honest.

Oh, I'm sure it'll look a little less extreme when we see her in the game with different lighting. I don't think it looks that bad at all. Suits her, in that sort of rebellious way.

I have to be in the right mood for it, but I still enjoy them on occasion.  Metal, thrash, dark wave and industrial are my favorite genres.

I'm more of an Indie/Post-Punk/New Wave guy, but I love Goth and its related genres. Though all the great "Goth" bands seemed to try to distance themsleves as far as possible from the genre and deny their music being Goth (Cure, Sisters of Mercy etc). Well, except for Bauhaus, they're open about it

Oh I agree. But when I play in game I'll try to imagine its Jolie... XD. Personally if anyone looks like Jolie to me is Vivienne. She's pretty much the chocolate version of Angelina Jolie's Malificent. 

 

I think in the screenshots Sera has an uncanny valley thing going on that I hope seeing her in game will make that go away. Almost all of the companions have that kind of going on in the screens imo but seems the worst for Sera to me.

Honey, you are far from the only one. I've met very few people in my life who do find her attractive. In fact, every time she's brought up, I'm always treated to long rants about how hideous she looks or how much they hate her.

 

I don't think she's ugly or anything, nor do I have any reason to hate her. I'm just not attracted to her.

I do, but only in Hackers.  Truthfully, I don't like Angelina when she looks too glamorous.
