Gah! Incoming attack of the sillies! I blame this song! Sera would love this song!

For some reason my Grandma absolutely loved Boney M. She liked to dance*, and I suppose that Boney M was the music that got her dancing. I used to love Nightflight to Venus and Rasputin in particular. (Neither of which hold up to academic scrutiny lyrically ;))

*As she was from Antwerp, she gave the lie to Jacques Brel's song "Les Flamandes".

Rasputin is an awesome song! Who cares about historical facts when that crazy beat takes a hold of you! Gotta dance!

*snip*

As a kid I had no clue what "there was a cat that really was gone" was supposed to mean. I seriously wondered what his pet had to do with anything. :D

Apparently one of my friends thinks I'm the kind of person that he should pull pranks on. If he only knew the pure evil he just unleashed.

Right now I'm imagining Sera shooting arrows into a computer I'm having trouble with at work. It's quite satisfying.

Computer: explodes

Sera: gigglesnort

It's from my second playthrough so I knew it was coming... Managed to time it just right! :D

I remember early in my first playthrough I'd noticed that Sera was leaping around a lot, but I was still trying to get used to everything so I didn't pay very close attention to what she was actually doing.

Then by accident I caught this one, which is lovely, but my first thought was "what is Sera doing way up there?"

The next image was this, so maybe being up there wasn't a bad idea:

All these sweet screenshots make me a lil jelly at how easy the mustard race can capture this stuff.

Run away, Sera! :D

It's great when you pause and catch Sera mid-leaping-shot, especially as with tac cam you can get right up close...

I've nothing against console gamers at all. I might be one if I didn't also need a decent PC to process my photos. Also I still prefer keyboard and mouse to controller for most of the games that I play...

My policy is build a pc that will last you at least two years with minor part swapping using "last gen" hardware. If you keep and eye out for sales and such, you can build a good gaming rig for around $500 - $700 easy and you will be able to tear through most games on max settings for two to three years.  I think the biggest problem when it comes to debating the price of a gaming pc is that people tend to think they need high end everything or they look at the prices of prebuilt pc's not realizing the insane amount of mark up those have simply because they are prebuilt.

The mobo, case and PSU of my rig are actually 5 years old. CPU is slightly newer as my original one failed after a year and a bit. I have four times more RAM than when I built it, though, and replaced the GPU and case fans a year and a half ago. Still playing DAI on ultra, although some would probably whine about the framerates I get. (Not 60fps at all times! Oh noes!)

My scrubbery reaches new heights, shamefur dispray.

I can get nice screenshots in convo moments but lol trying to get em in motion it takes me outta the action and back to the PSN screenshot folder.

lol the whole 60fps debate is funny. A game locked in at 30fps is completely playable. In less the game degenerates into a slide show, I don't really see the issue.

I won't lie - there was some reloading involved. I have a habit of saving just before what I think are major conversations, and if they don't go the way I want... TIME TRAVEL!!!

And since I'm there, anyway, I bring my camera... smiley_innocent.gif

Me too! Different bow, different leather on the armour and I think I have different arms installed, but they are very close to each other.
