Apparently quite a few types of birds begin with the letter P...

So I went onto the Nexus to grab that bugfix for the broken mosaic pieces, and there were a bunch of open spaces where ads would normally go asking me to "please be fair" and turn off AdBlock to help Nexus generate enough revenue to stay afloat.

I was like, "sure, why not, they do pretty good work, exception added" and reloaded the page.

Instantly hit with multiple ads that blared loud noise and couldn't be muted.

Don't think I've ever had a site lose a spot on the exception list so fast...

I had to look up "plover" because I've never heard of them before. Wikipedia gave me this wonderful sentence:

 

 

The plover group of birds has a distraction display subcategorized as false brooding, pretending to change position, to sit on an imaginary nest site.

Now I'm imagining a flock of goth birds leaning against things wearily and sighing.

Fitting "Here I Saw Another Splended Orange Horse" on a band flyer along with the orange horse would be kind of difficult.
