Make me wish though , that the Rebel Mages in DAI..had someone as badass as meredith was . yes Meredith was nut , zealot and extreme...but damn..she had a personality and stood up to her belief (even if they were wrong or misplaced)......

 

Why didnt they give us someone like that for Mages . Ya know...Wynn could have been a Good one (even if she never supported the rebelion)..but they couldve found reasons for her to take the Mantle (if ya ignore the book and stuff)....

yes. Justice confirms that in Awakening...that lyrium is alive. red lyrium is created from the blood of tortured souls. That might not be 100% true but i can't imagine people willing giving their blood to create this madness. Red lyrium is blood magic in an of itself. So in a way, blood magic was not completely removed from the game...just came in a different form.

*edit* hell i forgot Fiona confirms it's from tortured souls. The ish is growing right out of her during In Hushed Whispers. If that ain't torture, idk what is. Got a mind to create another character just to play that again and go kick Alexius right in the daddy bags.
