I am extremely uncomfortable about references to it, especially now that fringe loonies are trying to resurrect the idea. Qunari women - being able to play my real height - are something that I'd prefer not to be stained with the rhetoric of the freaking Holocaust, even as a joke.

Oh I also used to watch the Disney movies that turned into cartoon series. I remember watching The Little Mermaid series and the Aladdin adventures. They were sooo good!

Do you know what I find weird about modern TV... US network TV specifically? They appear to have done away with theme tunes. The stuff from HBO and Showtime and the like still has them, but stuff from ABC and what have you... You just get a 5 second title, and that's it. I miss theme tunes...

I truly think it's because of people bingewatching shows on netflix now. 

 

People get exhausted of hearing the same tune over and over in a day, so to keep the audience invested and not annoyed they've cut it to a title?

Not a big fan of remakes. Simply because they seem to be remaking movies and shows that do not need a remake in the first place. Though some remakes eclipse the original. John Carpenter's The Thing is a great example of this. 

 

I can't think of many remakes I liked... But I really liked the newest Carrie.
