Territorial, probably. They are really small so constantly marking their territory would be a defines mechanism.

Foxes!? Foxes aren't big! They're tiny! Most foxes actually die really young because the parents have to travel for miles, possibly over busy roads and can die on the journey, leaving the little ones to die... alone in the dark...  I just made myself sad...

I prefer medium-sized dogs. Actually I think that mongrels are best because pedigree breeding has introduced a lot of dangerous genetic problems for purely aesthetic reasons. If I were to choose a breed, though, it would be a Border Collie. They are a lot of work, though.

My Piper and Wally are collies!

 

Piper is a pure bred short-hair collie with golden patches, and Wally is part collie / part greyhound with short hair and brown patches.

Cole: Gown tight between my fingers, cold all over. Unacceptable. Wheels turn, strings pull.
Cole: He hurt you. You left a letter, let out a lie so he would do something foolish against the Inquisition. A trap.
Vivienne: Inquisitor, as your demon lacks manners, perhaps you could get Solas to train it.

Thanks Eirene. Having never used Cole (Something I plan to rectify shortly) I was unaware of the banter excerpt you provide here. Yes, that would settle the issue.

I've been using him more in this PT, but not so much with Vivienne, yet. Nice to see that I was right!

I did not use him or Bull at all the first two pt's. This third time I'll be dropping Cass and Varric out entirely (asap) in order to get more use out of those two and experience their stories.

I didn't use Cole with Viv or Sera because I hated how mean they were to him. I think he's going to be my dual roguer with Inkeri (my mage) and Sera. And I don't know who I want as my warrior yet. Hm.

Sera may get less use this time too in favor of Cole and I will and already have been using Dorian more instead of Viv or Solas. Bull, Elf, Cole & Dorian will likely be the main "away team" this time and the others will be slotted in if I feel like doing their personal quests.

I tend to choose one mage per playthrough and stick with them for every mission and my LI gets the other slot. It's really handy when my LI is a mage, because then I have 2 slots to decide.

It gives me a migraine. I only go there if I need to get the letters for Samson's armour quest. I also completely skip the Exalted Plains when possible.
