Yes. You can see a very modern-looking scope at the bottom of the picture. The actual weapon is the MX rifle with a 3GL attached. Also, my favorite variation has a sound suppressor, a flashlight and a multi-purpose (laser rangefinder, thermal, night vision, coffee machine... did I forget something...? Oh, yes, the in-built Ipod...) scope attached. It's the only weapon Bohemia ever put in the ArmA series that never existed. The MX was, however, drawn up by a man who creates firearms, so the only reason there is not a single working exemplar in the world is because nobody ever put one together. The blueprints and everything are supposedly there, and the weapon would function normally.

I think Montreal and Philadelphia are both EST and you asked about a time PST which would be 3 hours behind us. So if it's scheduled for 3 am then you have a long wait assuming that's 3 am tomorrow morning cause your game would then update at 6 am your time.

Just to help you see the time difference. California is Pacific Time Zone or PST so if your MMO was supposed to upload at 3 am pst then it was 6 am your time if you're in Quebec so yeah it should have finished already.
