Get a new save for Me2 , so ya dont feel like cheating on Liara......and nobody get Hurt . And ya can Smooche Samara or whoever ya want with a clean conscience . And when ya miss Liara..ya can go back to the old save .

Well it's not that... It's just that, in theory, I'd play it differently (or try to - hard to resist making the usual kinds of plot choices!) and what's the point of playing it differently if you play it the same with the same romances as before?
Granted, in ME2 a FemShep can't get with Miranda, but otherwise it'll be Liara all the way again...
