I love that stuff Cat! I don't have it enough! We went out this weekend for my girlfriend's birthday dinner with her parents and they got her a giant Carvel ice cream cake and I was given a huge piece of it. I thought to protest this but well I surrendered to it.

what Kalreega forgot to mention..is that Aiming in ME1 suck like hell..so while with Biotic ya can lift a whole room..ya still need to shoot them . And I dunno why , but my teammate suck worse then me at aiming and nobody die while floating
for 1st run , as Soldier is good . Ya can unlock Bonus easy..and Soldier is a killing machine by end game...so ya wont die much

I've gotten really good at pistol whipping my enemies. 
I'll get better as I go, I'm sure.
But it feels so weird using a keyboard and mouse. Huge learning curve coming off of hack and slash games with a controller.

Actually Liara is the last companion that you can get, as you get all the others on the Citadel before the game "opens up" (like Origins after Ostagar). Finding her on Therum is one of three main story missions that you can choose between, and the other two do not involve companion recruitment., so I do agree about getting her first. Also, she's awesome.
