To answer your question: no, I can't turn it off. I can keep it to myself, but not stop it happening. It leads to many occasions where I giggle to myself on the bus, causing the people around me to be confused/worried.

Don't worry though. I'm way crazier than that. I always think out loud when nobody can hear me (or I think nobody can)

So I just walk down an empty street, talking to myself (no other voice answers me, mind you) and the moment I see someone, I just stop. Dead silence.

It sort of helps to hear my own voice, sometimes...

 

But, yeah. Your giggling is probably nothing to the times when I fail to shut up on time.

 

And dirty mind isn't anything outright wrong

Her storyline in season three was so much fun. She was certainly... losing her grip on reality a bit there toward the end, but she was pretty much the smartest person in the room, anywhere.
