So the way i clean when i need to/go threw withdrawls is

Wake up at 4am clean the bathroom with bleach and a toothbrush
6am clean the kitchen military style

7: dust the whole house and vaccum floors and dog

8: back to sleep

I was in the job corps program for three years and every day the entire dorm had to get up a clean the dorm for a military level inspection. That level of cleaning became such a habit that to this day, I clean my entire apartment top to bottom to the point that it could pass a white glove inspection. I even make my bed military style, to the point that you can bounce a nickle off of the sheets on top of the mattress. lol

dads ex navy(most my elders aswell) but yeah i know what yah mean

crazy part is the simple fact thats it automatic. I not even remotely awake for about an hour after I get out of bed. So it's all auto-pilot.

Loosing someone close is never easy. I know that all too well. But, you always have to remember, they want to see you happy after they are gone. So focus on the good times and forget the rest.
