Everyone has a right to post an opinion, sure. But they are absolutely not entitled to have my eyes reading that opinion.

I haven't blocked anyone on bsn (however it's done, I haven't tried), probably because I almost never step outside this thread. But if I did do it, I'd feel not a shred of remorse.

I've also never blocked anyone, although I've come close.

I just want to save it for the absolute highest offense.

This...children today think that their right to an opinion means their right for everyone else to HAVE to listen/read that opinion.  They get very upset when you don't give a ***** and try to just walk away or ignore them.

You have a right to an opinion.  I have a right to dislike/notcare/ignore your opinion.

I get that but those same people do post things I want to read. Sometimes enjoy reading. Just my opinion though. I don't want you to feel like I am saying you are wrong or anything.

you can still see just its optional. and we are having a simple talk no issues

I'm pretty sure nobody actually has the "right" to post an opinion.

BioWare permits us to. Sometimes.

I don't put people on ignore. Sometimes, I really want too. However, sometimes those people do post something that I agree with. Also, everyone has the right to post an opinion, no matter how misguided it might be.

yeah well..there is having an opinion and having an opinion and shoving it to everyone . Lot of peoples advocates for freedom of speech and what not without regard to its true Limitation .

Here..I made a strip about it some time ago :P

....challenge accepted!!...

I'm joking of course.  I'd never want to frivolously offend someone reasonable just for fun.  I leave that for the unreasonable prejudiced people.

This is a privately owned site. It has rules. If you break them, then mods can deal with you. Beyond that, post what you like, but I don't have to pay attention if I don't want to.

I use "mute" sometimes in that manner. If I know someone is just going to be disagreeable and I'd rather not respond to them cause others would have to be hostage to our drama. Sometimes it is better to walk away or ignore. I've only used it here once and I unmuted that person a while ago anyway so it was only temporary but it did serve the purpose of giving me a break.

hey at least here , its moderated..as in Someone will come and see whats the yelling is all about . Imagine when it isnt moderated ?? or worse...when its moderated but not well..

I was hanging in a Manga section , where the poor moderators (2 of them , both Girls) got so much crap..everytime they tried to cool off the spoiler in a no-spoiler section....it drove me bonker .

I have blocked people and will continue to do so. I come here for my enjoyment and someone is turning my enjoyment into frustration, they will be blocked. If some one starts reminding my why I'm very much anti-social in most aspects of my life, they will be blocked. I'm glad they have an ignore function. Because I wouldn't have stuck around if they didn't.  To be fair though, my ignore list is pretty short.

In the old bsn, everyone apparently wore hats and cloaks. Lawless indeed.

I was going more for the dueling/murder/violence motif. I knew I should have used a cowboy gunfight thing instead. :P

As i've said many times, my only problem was the fact you could kick her out anytime.

But hell yes, give me more controversial characters to romance, characters with many flaws. I prefer this than the "Perfect Lesbian of Thedas". I don't want my ladies to be perfect. I want them to have flaws, that makes them more "alive".

If Sera had the same opinions on qunari and luuuuuuuved dalish elves, you'd praise her just like you do with Merrill. The problem isn't how Sera is written, the problem is that you don't like the fact she doesn't like dalish elves.

Wait, people praise Merrill? Looks to me like they either hate her with a passion (and are vocal as f*ck about it), or like her and don't say a word.

In the old bsn, everyone apparently wore hats and cloaks. Lawless indeed.

Oh! Hats? Don't have a hat, but I sure have a tac-cloak.

Maybe I would fit right in with the old BSN.

Accurate description of old BSN according to what I hear:

They just need a looser forum and a set of forum titles for trolls. Another forum I post on has a the forum title "If my posts where worth reading, you wouldn't have to scroll all the way to the right to read them" in big red font. It's long enough to push a post off the forum table so you do in fact have to scroll all the way to the right of the forum to see a post from someone with that title.

Is it weird that I'm fascinated with the posture everyone has here? Like in those days humans couldn't stand upright without having one foot forward. And that one guy with his cloak draped rakishly from one shoulder.

In the background, a lone carriage glowers
