What is Bison like? And is that blue cheese?

 

I think it's emmental, actually. Possibly provolone.Blue cheese doesn't melt like that. 

 

Bison can be very good, but it's quite lean so you usually have to mix it with something like bacon or lard.

I'll eat it in the natural state, sure. Maybe it's actually good... I don't know. The closest thing I ever ate in terms of appearance is a cucumber.

BUT NOT A BAKED ONE.

now back to this Poutine...no i won't be having any of that. fries with chili and cheese is as far as I'm going with that. that too many salts and starches clashing bruh.
