Yup. I actually love the idea.

We're returning to Kirkwall, sort of.

Also, this is like the best way to solve the Mirror of Transformation thing lore-wise. We just return to the only Mirror we know of, rather than have loads of them ready just to be summoned whenever any protagonist of any game wishes.

Yea the whole Mirror of Transformation is a bit of a pain. They really need to address it. Though at this point I'd like to see a dlc set in Kirkwall. Just to see how everything changed since stuff hit the fan. 

 

The whole Mirror of Transformation is a bit of a "What the heck" - but at least there's this way of lesser evil where it's actually unique, rather than there being dozens of examples all over Thedas.
