Hey all.  I'm still catching up!

 

 

I see there's been lots of actual Sera discussion!  Mainly centred on dislike apparently which appeared to mostly boil down to "I can't make her like what I like so she sucks"   She's no different to the other companions in that way, as we keep trying to tell people!  It's just her opinions are much less popular so she gets all the hate!      I'm happy with my so, whatever!

 

I liked Merrill!  She might've done some (probably very) questionable things but she always did it with her eyes (mostly) open.  My Hawke Prime ended up in a romance with her... mainly because I simply could not resist the voice of Eve Myles    My Hawke Alt, the basis of my current DAI PT, romanced Isabela    instead because they were pretty made for each other, really.  Snark on snark action!

 

I do worry about this Mythal business... I haven't got there yet so I'm worried it will ruin things for Isileth and Sera...    Doesn't sound like it will, though, but I can't say for certain!  It sounds... mysterious and intriguing!

 

I do like how the thread alternated between a massive discussion on Sera and the Dalish... and pictures of desserts and meat!

 

DLC!  Emporium!  Storage!  Tinting!    I'd been wondering for a while how they might implement the "Mirror thing" - put it in another room in Skyhold?  Put it in the Inquisitor's quarters?  Then the article and I was like "DUH! Why not just visit Kirkwall and go to the actual Black Emporium again!"  Suddenly it all seems so blindingly obvious!

 

 

More to come I'm sure!  Including some appropriately themed things... once I've actually done them!

I am personally thinking of giving Aidan a rest until at least this new DLC comes out and doing a full ME runthrough. I still haven't played all the ME3 DLC...

I really should learn to wait a year after a game comes out until I play it. Most problems are fixed and DLC is usually all out by then. You can usually get it cheaper too. Oh well, live and learn.

Aidan is at Skyhold, has started Cassandra's romance, cleared Crestwood and most of the Emerald Graves. It seems like a good place to pause as he still has plenty of story content to do, and any story DLC likely won't be before then. Another plan might be for me to start some more characters and bring them to a similar point... Hmmm...
