And people missed you too, so...yeah.

Nah, you're not an *******, or if you are you hide it quite well. And Poodle got loads of warning points, but he's not an ******* either, so getting wp =/= being a jerk.

I do hide it. From myself moreso than others.

Good! Happiness is restored!

Let's play with the RP Generator!

Sera as a vampire feeding on Leliana. (pfff!)

Cullen as a film noir detective and Sera as the desperate client. (this needs to happen so much!)

Josephine and Sera meet when Josephine finds Sera's lost pet. (has potential...)

Josie and Sera dancing.

Josie is under a terrible curse. Sera knows how to cure it.

Sera confessed their love to Inky, but was rejected. (With a QunQuizzy...?)

Inky confessed their love to Sera, but was rejected. (Yeah, DudeBroQuizzy!)

Sera gives up their life so that Inky can live. (F me! In Hushed Whispers intensify...)

Also, how...?

Sera and Inky are in an arranged marriage, but Sera doesn't want to go through with it.

Oh this is priceless: "Sera is the leader of an organization. Inquisitor is their loyal second-in-command". I'd pay for that game!

That reminds me of a little Christmas story idea I had once. 'The Curse of the Mistletoe'. :D

Okay:

"Serza and Basement Cat watching a very sad movie. Serza is crying."

I'm not doing it right am I?

But I'm always here. I might not post often, but that's because I always seem to come (eehehehehee) late when all the interesting discussions have already gone by, but I always read the thread. If I didn't like you people I wouldn't shower y'all with my precious likes, don't you think? ;)

There's really no harm in picking up posts you missed later when you're around.

Chances are I would be the one crying. I'll cry at anything. This bleeding heart of mine...

It's more amusing to think of Serza's avatar sitting on a couch crying, with a cat, watching I don't know Beaches or something.

True, but sometimes there are too many posts to respond to and there's a limit on how many you can quote. Plus, if everyone has already moved on to something else it kinda feels wrong to me to get back to the former topic, I don't know.

:D

No, I don't think I'd cry. At the same time, I can't know if Cat is more likely to cry than me. Or maybe I would, if it hit the right spot.

Sera frequently has dreams or nightmares about Inky. (We all know she does)

Inky and Sera going to an event that requires formal attire. (Or shall I say Lady Mai Bhalsytch of Korse?)

Inky is the leader of an organization. Sera is their loyal second-in-command (Yes. Definitely.)

Sera trains Inky in combat. (Dual Tempest intensifies...)

Inky giving Sera a present. (Best gift evarrrr!)

Also, I guess this can easily happen...

Sera mourning over a dead Inky.

I don't think I'd sit. Sadness makes me want to work it out. Pacing works.

Does she say something about seeing "a mob kill a mage kid when they first found out"?

She may have ditched the skills deep. The whole "magic tingling" may no necessarily be a result of her being an Elf.

Plot twistssssssss...

Black Beauty. That movie is absolutely heart wrenching if you are fond of animals in general and horses in particular.

I had a discussion once with a gent who argued that 'real' literature was stuff that had an impact on society or some such. He dismissed Black Beauty as 'just a kids' book'. I pointed out to him that the book was responsible for the first animal anti-cruelty laws in the UK and also brought attention to the exploitation of (Hansom) cab drivers (seriously).

Oh, the backpedaling...

Look, if there's someone nobody ever misses (well, except for Alexia) it's me. So stop with this nonsense.

I miss you, like, all the time.

I think people playing that game are normally trying to reverse justify why they like one thing and other people shouldn't like another.

Plus, if everyone has already moved on to something else it kinda feels wrong to me to get back to the former topic, I don't know.

That works both ways though. If you don't respond then there's people in the thread who will rarely if ever get the chance to see your opinions and respond to them, because they aren't on when you are. The advantage of a forum is that posts can sit there and people can respond to things as they want even if they live in hideous timezones.

Also, there are dead times when this topic is full of the most inane chatter, so you wouldn't be interrupting much usually. If there's a good topic going it can probably flow at the same time.

This is the Sera thread. Where people can post about topics that where discussed 15 pages ago and where the topic can change 6 times while you are typing up a simple three sentience reply. Don't feel bad about going back to an old topic or trying to start a new one. Because people will reply and want to have a conversation with you, no matter what.

If you are picking up on an old topic, chances are that there's someone who missed the original discussion, anyway, so you might be doing them a favour by bringing it up.

Anyway... Artemis, Serza, Orchid, Sardaukar... Everyone, really. You all have your own perspectives and you've all said interesting things in the deeper conversations and made me smile in the sillier ones. Maybe you sometimes have to disappear for a while - life is like that - but in general  the more you post, the richer the thread is, so please keep posting when life lets you! :)
