*edit* Cap if you haven't had a scene with any companion prior to Illos, no romance is happening. the sexy time is literally before Illos. Hell you only have 2 choices for romance in that game anyway(even though i heard Ash was supposed to be bi but that was removed for some reason).

There is a way to romance her as a femshep Kasssssummmmmmmmmmi...but ya gotta be on pc though .

Your romance choices are not locked in from game to game.  Each game you will have the option to romance or not romance according to what each individual game allows.  Note: The games do each have ALL the same LI options!!!!  You will have to decide if your canon LI is not available if you want to wait and see if they are the next game, or romance someone else instead.

 

But nothing  you do in ME1 will prevent you from having all possible romance options allowed by the successive games.

Tali, yes. You can only continue the romance with Tali.

Garrus, you can start in ME3.
