Maybe not then. Don't like feet.
You can see the regular Quizzy boots on Veeia's screenshot. That's just a reskin.
But, yeah. The elfy armors... no boots or shoes or anything.

BioWare need to pay for these mods and get them as DLC for console users. The stuff in game is so bland and boring, it's a wonder how such a creative team thought it was a good idea.
i know right.
they really should get some of that particular modder's work, because they've been churning out lore friendly skyhold jams retextures and they are insanely good. it's really hard for me to play with default jams at this point, and it's ridiculous that y'all have to. here's to hoping the new patch has...something??

Anything would be better than brown pyjamas.

*shudders* If there is a phobia of feet, I have it.
When I saw Sera before the game I thought that they'd given up on the whole "Elves don't wear shoes" thing from DA2, but I was wrong... I realise that there are people who go around with no shoes and that your skin gets tough and all that, but I still find the idea of a culture that rejects them entirely, especially while still happily wearing protective armour, to be weird. For that reason I prefer non-elfy armour.
I can kind of buy that a tree loving culture might not wear them because they're always in trees, but that falls over as soon as anyone goes to a city, or a desert or snow. If you love your feet so much you don't wear shoes, don't put them in snow.
I keep thinking "Extremely long engagements, Ancestors know when I'll get a resupply" - the reason why I love the Lancer so much...
And why I always lug around over twenty mags worth of ammo in ArmA.
I see why you gave up flight sims.
I see why you gave up flight sims.
Bah. Depends on the plane. A Spit (regardless of version) still had enough ammo to take down at least three planes, if you rationed well. Same for the Hurricane.
Now, the German 109s, the moment they get the MG-151/20, holy heck, two hundred rounds? You're NOT shooting all of that unless you meet a dozen planes all by yourself.
Also, 240 rounds for two guns on the cannon Spits? Still easy to ration.
And the Typhoon, with 560 rounds total? Bah. Easy.
I actually took down a Stuka with a single .303 MG in my wing once. I believe it had about two hundred rounds...
And in the American fighters, OH GOD, the Fifties are NEVER running out of ammo.
Anyone know of a spot where Amrita Vein grows? I'm preparing myself for the inevitable Nightmare, as well as a certain Ball.

Amrita veins? They're mostly in the Hissing Wastes. Try wandering from camp to camp. You should find plenty of them.

Obviously there's loads in the Hissing Wastes, but I assume you've not opened them up yet. As i recall there is one in The Western Approach next to that mine which is up the hill from where you fight the Abyssal High Dragon.

Thanks. Found 'em!

As a matter of fact, I have unlocked every area in this playthrough. Hissing Wastes, especially, because that's where I bought the Dalish Scout Armor. I was there TWICE this playthrough. To get the armor schematic, and to get the plants, hehe.
Thanks!
Sera riding a war nug.
How are war nugs explained in the lore? Are they just particularly big nugs?
Also, why are they a thing?

Not that it was a particularly serious jest but pretty much all fighters would chew through their ammunition load in seconds. Rationing meant firing in one or two second bursts. Aerial engagements were typically short because everyone ran out of bullets, fuel and plane after a couple of passes.

I have no idea if the war nugs are explained. It seems they are just big. And have horns. As for why they are a thing, I have no idea. Because they're weird?

It's not like you need more than a half-second burst to take down a 190 or a 109...
Actually, once I had a 109 fly in front of my left to right, so I just kicked my rudder, my Spit jerked right, and I gave the trigger a touch. The guy lost his wing. To this day, I have no idea how I actually managed. Dumb luck.

Well they are a bit of an Easter egg as you only get them after after you buy the 10000 gold "ware" from the idiot shopkeeper in Orlais. There's a whole war table mission where you send out an expedition to find one. As I recall it's supposed to be a rare large type of Nug, yes.
I'm sure they are a thing because someone though it would be funny.
Edit: This Mission.

I figure Brontos and Nugs are in a similar family. So the warnug could be the relation in-between. I'm trying to think sciencey and it's not really working.
So other than a enb and high res textures are there any other mods I really need to snag for Mass Effect?
if ya can use mod , that mean ya on pc no ??
I only know mods..for Me2 and Me3.....none for Me1 . Let me know if ya want them bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce...

So, shouldn't High Dragons drop Pure Dragon Blood...?
I swear, I just killed the Gamordan Stormrider, and my Pure Dragon Blood remained at the same level, even after I took it all.

They should but they don't. Perhaps they are becoming corrupt like Corypheus'.

I looked it up. Five of the High Dragons drop Intense Blood, five (the higher levelled ones, all of which are above me, dammit) drop Pure Blood.
I need Pure Blood because I absolutely positively WANT a +50 damage versus Demons. Ugh!

My point - so far as there was one - is that a flight sim has more aggressive ammunition consumption than pretty much any other type game I'm aware of. ME generally lets you make several reliable kills, per weapon, and each kill drops more supplies for you to use (or there's a crate somewhere).

Clearly a wizard had a cross breeding program. Probably involving dragon blood, and magic.

Ah okay. I wasn't sure if they were just a joke or a proper part of the lore. I guess the answer now is both.
