I don't actually know. I've never had a tower myself. My friend built his out of old parts for less than $100 I think? 

 

He did it to keep his tower colder. Extra venting on the sides.

I also do. I have to. Trust me. Desktops are still better, in my opinion. Not much, but a little bit.

Plus, you can plug external devices into a laptop just like a desktop.

Yeah. Right click = tap on the lower right corner. Scroll = two fingers run down the right side of the trackpad.

 

Interesting. Mine works the way that single tap - left click, hold one finger, tap another - right click, two fingers run down anywhere on the pad - scroll.

ASUS stuff...

Me, I'd do... actually, I'd dump the money inside the case, rather than on the looks.

I'm practical like that.

Almost every gaming part you can buy for a PC has LEDs and such in these days. I don't want them or need them. My PC lives under my desk. It's for gaming not lightshows... ;)

is this what the kids are doing these days with the PC's? it looks cool but i feel like that one with the blue lighting would keep you awake even if the tower is turned off.

ya probably can turn it off....I have the....whats called ? the thing ya put your mouse on ?? Mine Glow Blue! and I can unplug it before going to bed...

I have a tower. Had one for over four years now. At least, it's the identical case I've had that long now.

There's just a venting on the side, and loads of vents in the back. Cools down real nice.

 

They are probably pricey..... :unsure:

It depends on how crazy you want to get and how much work you are willing to do yourself. I installed fans with red led's in them in my case along with red tube lighting. After that I cut large chunks out of the side panels to make windows. The right side window has Iron Maidens mascot Eddie engraved in it  and the left has Motorhead's mascot Snaggletooth engraved in it. I only ended up spending 80 bucks for the case and materials. The engraving was the only time consuming part of it.
