I'm still awake...decided to do the Temple of Mythal. Calpernia is still helping Coryphenlips. Please tell me we can change her mind. Idk why but i feel like she is worth saving.

You can! I love her, great character. She and Samson both should have gotten so much better of a shake in the game, IMO, just both well crafted characters that were supposed to be set up as big parts of the narrative and got dropped too much IMO. They should have been the big, human, personal antagonist with all the shades of grey and sadness and tragedy. I especially love her, but he's well done too.

Maybe someday I'll play through the romance as an elf, just to experience it for myself because watching YT videos never gives me a feeling of full context, but I can't see it being anything other than a tragic romance

 

I kind of like it, I think it works about as well as playing the happy romance.

Tried to pump an inflatable matress...

It ended up with me breaking off the handles on the pump. Nothing too serious, you'd think.

But I kept going WITHOUT taking proper protection equipment... You can probably imagine how well that went. It wasn't nearly as easy.

 

The worse thing is, I lifted my hands and there was a good three milimeter deep hole in my skin, at the base of my right thumb.

So, now that I told everyone how horribly I messed up, I can actually really forget about the damn thing... And not mind the injury.

 

(Don't worry, I've applied proper medical treatment... and picked up my cycling gloves to finish the job.)

I know, right. But when the handles (attached in a T fashion) broke off due to too much force (Hmm, am I really THAT strong?) they of course didn't have the common courtesy of breaking off cleanly, thus leaving a lot of sharp bits.

primarly boredom and my hand feels like its on fire while playing... and the constant pestering of group invites and inability to function as said team where i do all the work. So i quit
