If you want to lose weight, cut calories, that's all. You want to be careful with some of those drinks. They are loaded with sugar. Other than that, go ahead and enjoy them! I like protein shakes for breakfast myself. Easy and quick to make. I hate cooking in the morning.

Putting your self on a diet the does not meet your individual nutrition needs can cause major issues down the road. This is especially true when it comes to a fad diet. Fad diets are dangerous all around. Most are thinly veiled starvation diets or they end up starving your body of nutrients that it really needs.
