Zaeed seems to have a bit too much history of being a sole survivor. I don't find him impressive, I find him worrying. I'd rather come back myself thanks.

The snow and ice has turned kind of slushy outside, and all the ice hanging from the roof has melted. That's an improvement.

I think it just ended in a general feeling of revulsion.

 

 

I don't mind Ashley, myself.  She's been defined by everyone's irrational dislike for her family, which that makes her a bit harsh on the perceived cause of that (i.e. aliens) rather than the actual cause of it (i.e. stupid humans).  I like to think my Shepard (along with his team of cool alien buddies/heroes) got her to change her mind somewhat.  If she'd been able to go on the ME2 mission she'd have seen it even sooner.
