Humans are the one who blacklisted her family name , give her the crappiest job and wont let her move in the rank . But Aliens are the one who get the crap ??? That doesnt make any sense !!!!!!

She dislikes the military for that, which is why she wants to prove herself by moving up the ranks

She honestly doesn't trust aliens from a political stand point which ME3 proved her right

No, you misunderstand. I was making the case that the council races tend to be racist or view humanity as inferior. Ashley believes that the Council Races will abandon humanity at the first sign of trouble. And in fact they do, twice.

Her distrust is that she thinks the Council will try to keep humanity inferior to them than equals

I get that..dont trust the council . But neither wrex or Garrus are part of the council and they are the one she is giving **** to....

I personally don't dislike Ashley for her xenophobia. I see where it comes from. I just don't take her or Kaidan out with me as I find them pretty dull compared to the alien characters. Same goes for Jacob and Zaeed. Miranda and Jack are interesting but I still prefer the aliens. The only human companion that I really find fascinating is Kasumi. I really wish they'd expanded her DLC to include proper conversations...

Zaeed is hilarious in teh citadel DLC....before that..ya just wanna put a bullet in his head . Did ya know the guy who voiced him is dead? 

 

I agree for Miranda and Jack..although Miranda annoyed me like hell in the beginning but later become solid..

I trust the Krogan. If they are going to betray you, they at least stand before you and announce it. They don't stab you in the back.

Kasumi and Jack where the only two Human companions I really ended up liking in the Mass Effect series in general. The rest of the human companions ended up sitting on the ship in less I was forced to bring them along.

Well, to be honest I would have a hard time trusting a race of sentient insects that nearly conquered the galaxy. Hard as I try I'm still human with human preconceptions.

But for one the rachni can speak for herself  . And second...it is the last of her kind....

 

If it was a whole Hive..maybe...

 

Beside..the whole 'Rachni' are evil blah blah....it wasnt our time and mostly hear say..

Zaeed had his moments. My least favorite human companion was James Vega. He reminded me off all the me meat heads I got into fights with, almost daily, when I was in high school. lol  

 

Didn't mind Vega. His friendship with Cortez was something I enjoyed. Also, he isn't afraid to speak his mind, which I respect.
