Enb's and things like Sweet Effects are very tweekable. You could find one that will work for a game like Skyrim or DA:I on your current system without a huge performance loss. You will probably want to set aside some time to mess around with the settings though. Just so you can optimize it for your current setup.
Do you know if there is an ENB binary available for DA:I? I've seen no one using one, everyone seems to be using SFX or ReShade instead. Most games have their own binary, although one or two have been able to share one in the past - it's down to the ENB creator Boris Vorontsov as to whether he makes one for any given game, and I believe he isn't a fan of EA so.... As I said, I'm not certain of the benefits of one anyway, since you can create something from realism to high fantasy depending on the settings you choose in SFX or ReShade. ReShade has more options with something like the MasterEffect Reborn shader suite (but sadly no SMAA, which is why I don't use it). Although, SSIL would be lovely to use (one of my favourite Skyrim ENB values).
Re performance (to anyone who doesn't know, I presume you do, JohnWayne): certain effects will be more performance intensive than others. SweetFX can have negligible effect on your fps, but the weaker your computer and/or the more effects you use the greater the impact will start to become. Most effects will have a little note next to them if they have a high performance cost (like HDR), and some things have variables to their quality that can help ease the overhead (like SMAA). But as JohnWayne said (that sounds awesome to say, btw - dat username), you can start with a config and tweak it to your liking from there, and often just reducing SMAA quality or turning off HDR and rebalancing with something else will be enough.
