Well you don't get much more American than Cowboys, Film Noir and Jazz, although that's not necessarily a combination that you'd expect to see together at the same time... ;)

Oh, the sound track is pure gold. It's good enough that I ran out a bought it after watching a hand full of episodes.

Oh, the sound track is pure gold. It's good enough that I ran out a bought it after watching a hand full of episodes.

 

I ****ing love Cowboy Bebop. Everyone expects it to be some shiny, pretty sci-fi future but it's not. It's beat down, dreary and full o bullet holes. :)

Because it pulls from so many influences and still manages to have a style all it's own, it's hard to describe. It's one of those shows you simply have to watch for yourself in order to truly get it.  Very few shows, anime or non-anime can pull off what Cowboy Bebop did. I tell people to prepare for the unexpected because Cowboy Bebop is made up of the unexpected.

She definitely shows more acceptance with it over the course of the romance, but that's specifically with Quizzie, I don't think it's an overall thing about magic.

 

I don't know if her innate distrust of magic will ever go away, but being exposed to it so much in a positive way would definitely soften her views, imo.  I would also hope that over a long time, she would feel comfortable enough talking her fears more, so that they can be talked through and better understand.

Yeah, she does a good job summing up her feelings of magic.

"You know what I learned in the alley ways when I was little? Ahhh, Mages ahhh, Tevinter ahhh, Templars. When your little everything is Ahhhhh" But, if you romance her she accepts the Inky Mage.
