I know I posted a picture of sausages, as well as oysters and asked you which one you were hungry for. You asked if it was a trick question. I replied that it was as tricky as you wanted it to be.

I haven't gotten very far into The Office. Might be on season 2. Parks and Rec though is, well was, my favourite TV show in recent memory. I have literally enjoyed every single episode from start to finish.

I'm certainly not xenophobic when it comes to my love of sausage! I've had British, Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Mexican sausage inside me, and it was all very pleasurable. The dry versions can be most advantageous when you crave sausage and are away from the comforts of home.

 

I'm rather fond of a spicy Spanish sausage, myself. Chorizo ibérico de bellota is lovely.
