I think they might be volunteers, not employees. But who knows.
Nobody says, however, that this mod does not have another, personal account, which they use to chat away on the forums.
Oh, hey, I thought you were discussing whether they were multiple staff using one account or not. Like how TIE fighter pilots don't get assigned a ship they just grab whichever one is first on the rack... okay not particularly relevant.

I remember once, on Black Mesa Source forums, I went on about scalpel-precise violence and what not, in a topic that was something akin to a "hey violence on defenceless scientists in Half-Life is among the funniest bits, why can't we do it in BMS?"... Well, I said something about how that was simply WRONG.
Guess what a mod did. They forcibly swapped my avatar for a screenshot from the game of a scientist being shot, in attempt to discredit whatever I say.
Never visited that forum again...
Anyway. What you say would explain why they're faceless, and their accounts have zero personalization. They appear barely more than simple bots that way.
It also strenghtens the theory of them having alternate, regular user accounts...
Also, let's not forget that there are probably corresponding Origin accounts, which could be used for later phases of the testing (simply, the game even before release, is in a beta state on these accounts, blah blah blah, stupid theory of mine) - and as we know from the pre-release MP stream, they used names like "BioWare001" or so.

i wouldnt mind censorship here sometimesThey might be. I do like how BioWare insist on anonymity for their moderators. That protects them a bit from the bozo's and so-called free-speech warriors. I've moderated a bit in my time too. It's a thankless job. I love the people who think they have a right to say whatever they want on a privately-owned site.

We're getting a dusting today. But at least the arctic polar freeze seems to be gone for the next five days. It's funny how after temps in the teens or sub-zero just having a 30 degree day will seem balmy.
