Figure of speech. But yes, I do think that could have incentivized her into joining the Inquisition, especially considering how she is said to care for the 'common good'. A sentiment I doubt all members of her group would share.

 

Whether or not that's the only reason she joins, though, is what I'm curious about. I wouldn't be surprised either way.

To be fair accents are slightly different even within derbyshire depending on what part of it you are in and I don't have a derbyshire accent myself because I am from London originally.  I still should have known though. 

 

Her IMDB says she is from Derby which actually is quite close to where I live so that makes me even moor stoopid. 

 

Anyway I agree, a greater verity of accents is always good.

I just found out that Sera's voice actor is from Derbyshire, (where I live) and I spent ages trying to place her accent after we first heard that banter. 

 

It's amusing when they're local to you isn't it?  Belper is just down the road from me.

And my second third and so on.

I was so blinded that I couldn't see that Sera's outgoing and fun loving personality is what I am drawn to in real life lol.

Since the race gating is for story reasons, it's very possible the already confirmed to be race gated also
