imo i found being friends with everyone to be great yeah but sometimes it gets stale little conflict and sometimes i felt like a yes man. Now come da2 i had 2 rivalry paths just cause the felt more "real". Take merrill for example rival her it makes for a strained relationship at first then the romance came it was a explosive burst of feelings that turned out pretty epic imo

finally we have DAI everybody has their beliefs like normal... but they fight for them almost to a fault at times to me it gives them weight, crediblity, and most of all a soul. Personally ive been playing dalish after my canon humi and i want more conflicts, more challenges etc. The RP potential is limitless

Mmh. I would argue that someone not defending their beliefs does not make them less credible. There are plenty of people like that in real life. If anything it's unusual to have so many characters with such strong convictions. Realistically that's the kind of thing that would lead to infighting and splintering within an organization.

The only reason the Inquisitor gets to run the show largely unchallenged is because of their mark. It adds the possibility of a divine intervention in people's minds, so they're not going to gripe too loud or outright challenge  the Inquisitor if they don't behave the way they think he/she should.

Take that mark away though? Or better yet, duplicate it? Ooh boy, would there be trouble.

Just finished The Wolf Among Us and most get back to finishing Alien Isolation. I need to buy a new game this week also, The Evil Within looks interesting. Heard Destiny was a letdown from pals sooooo I'm not gonna pick it up now.

What did you think of Wolf Among Us? I loved that game.

Destiny was the biggest let down of my life.

I still haven't finished The Wolf Among Us even though I own all the episodes.

I heard The Evil Within is good and has some scares but the ending leaves a lot to be desired.

I just completed Dying Light which I really enjoyed, and The Order: 1886 is pretty good too. The Order though can be completed in a day and unless you really enjoy the story, it lacks any replay value.

Adored it. I posted my thoughts/results on each episode in Blue. Check it out, I start on pg 1029 and continue from there.

And condemnation too, with certain choices. In all DA games all the companions chew you out if you lower their approval enough.

Heck, in DAI we can push Cassandra to the point she drowns her sorrows in the armory! Alistair's outburst in Origins was pretty vitriolic too.

Destiny looks beautiful and I love me my sci-fi but pals said don't bother until it comes down in price, even the MP is suppose to be only alright. So looking forward to ME4 and the MP that will have. I adored ME3MP pumped so many hrs into that.

The Order got canned by the critics I heard, it was hyped up alot.

It's a really, really good story and the visuals are almost photorealistic. I don't know why critics "canned" it but I have to disagree with them.

As for Destiny, I expected a lot more. The game is basically a loot grind and you need friends to do raids and get the best, unique gear. I really dislike the game.

Told ya you won't like the idea of the mission where you get the Widow if you have all your eggs in one basket...

Lol, yes Serz you were right.

I didn't trust the Illusive Man before, but now I'm starting to suspect he's even darker than I thought. Watch him be some reaper servant who's trying his damndest to get me killed.

I don't know... if Sera rolls her eyes at "ma vhenan", Lavellan can always roll her eyes at "teetness/tadwinks/buckles". Mutual petname frustration. :P

But... but...

Honey tongue...

Yeah. ME3MP was great. DAMP, I can't really get into. Mainly because of FPS drops (The entire "PC Master Race" bollocks can, AND WILL, sometimes bite you in the butt, real hard, when the consoles don't drop a frame off and you're at twenty if lucky... You people maybe have more advantages than I initally thought!) and lags, and the fact that I can't seem to connect to a good game most of the time. I just stopped trying.

I'm sort of hoping ME4MP is cross-platform, and once again CoOp-based...

The amount of y'all on them little boxes of magic is... frustrating. So many good people, most of them I can't play with because different platforms.

This is just awesome.

I wanted to do something a long time ago, but I never got past the "wish" bit, because I knew I could never achieve this level of comparison (to the game's models)...

I might make me an N7 hoodie one day, though.

And maybe when I'm older...

No, I learned my lesson running ME1 too quickly! I'm still need to do Thane's personal mission and help out Liara in Illium before I mvoe to go get the IFF. I can't figure out how to get Kasumi though, because I'm pretty sure I've downloaded all the available DLCs, but I don't know how to play the DLCs once I've booted the game...

They are immersive, meaning you don't actually see a message pop up saying "DLC this way." With Zaeed, you pick him up on Omega, and you get his loyalty mission. With Lair of the Shadow Broker, you have to help Liara, and then you get the option to help her even more (you need the DLC for this to come up) With Arrival, you get a message from Anderson in the second phase of the game, when you get access to Illium. He will point you to where you need to go. Again, it doesn't say "this is a DLC location."

With Kasumi, go to the starting area of the Citadel - the first place you got to explore when you first got to the Citadel. There will be an advertisement near the cars. Click it and you will contact her.

There's an advert talking to you immediately when you leave the ship at the citadel, in the first area before you go through the C-Sec scanners. That's Kasumi.

Oh okay, I get it now. I thought it was like Origins where you picked from a list. Sorry, I was confused.

Alrighty, I have to go to Citadel soon for Thane, so I'll pick up Kasumi there. :) Thanks.
