Well, if you're still in Haven it won't happen. It can only happen once you are in Skyhold and the judgments options have opened. Who you send doesn't matter.

 

Edit: It's random. The first accessory is 100%, the second is 25%. Silly random drops.

Random drops for unique items in a single player game are beyond stupid. For average stuff you can find in shops anyway? Sure. For unique items and schematics? Ridiculous.

I wasn't planning on playing the MP (especially since I don't have the game anymore). I hate multiplayer in all its forms. The last multiplayer I tried was Guild Wars (the first) just after it came out. I never wanted to play MP ever again. It has zero appeal for me.

I keep getting bows, daggers, swords, axes, you name it, it drops...

 

But I play Keeper. I want top-tier staves!

@BC honestly the only MP I have dipped my toes in our DA and ME. I don't care for games like Battlefield or Call of Doody.

I just don't like it. I'm not a social person and MP forces me to be social and prevents me from playing the way I want. You have to follow the group. And there is always a jackass somewhere who thinks it's fun to kill other players and ruin your fun. Basically, MP sucks for me because it runs contrary to my usual play style.

Nope. Same problem basically: I can't do what I want because there is someone else there. It spoils my fun.
