That is the official patch. Origin auto-updated the game a few days ago.

Also, if you're playing an Artificer or Varric, it's possible to fall through the floor during Hail Of Arrows and have the dragon you nearly killed return to full health.
The last gen version of DAI does all kinds of weird s*** during any ability that hits multiple times as well.

yeah few weeks a ago i did hail of arrows and my inq went full blown super saiyan just weird

Yep, the storage chest, the tinting table and a fix to the Templar path are three things that I've noticed.
