Er... I meant to ask... How do you get from there being a character doing your real-life job, when that's not Shepard's job, to "job stealing little twit"? I'd've thought you'd be pleased that the game recognises that admin people are necessary and valuable...

The 1st Time I finished the Game , I didnt know what I was supposed to do..so I followed 'the Light' like an idiot..and end up with Synthesis ending Man...That sucked ! I was like 'No no no no ! destroy! I want destroy!!!!!!!!!'...But damn..That suckeeeeeeeed....cose when I reloaded....it was the Same and far worse........then tried controle..and I was like WTF? Shep isnt Jesus..so what give ?

It's because it's actually my job and I want to do it except I can't because Shepard is a soldier and I don't need her stupid help.

i overestimated her power level and sent her in for for fireteam 2 (should've just done miri again and kept to the plan) the crew was simple ninja plot XD but the normandy took everything like a beast... lets show them our new teeth * thanix cannon destroys* ah f*ck it im replaying it all over

I'm not a full-full Renegade... I do have a bar of Paragon points at least.

but see...there are some things in game context that i don't understand how you missed them. if you talked to your Crew...especially joker. "Well the Normandy isn't as good as we need it to be..." or something along those lines is what he would say if i hadn't upgraded the important things for hopping through that relay. I'm not saying these are renegade choices, i just don't understand how they were missed...IF you talked to your crew. Zaeed leading a squad? No. On his loyalty mission...well idk if i should talk about that because isn't there someone else playing thia game for the first time?

Also, my first Shepard lost the crew too but Chakwas lived. i wasn't using any guides or anything i just played the game on my sense alone. That taught me to become more tactical and pay attention to the small stuff.

because all the choices I made throughout the series ended up being a waste of time, you're pigeonholed into picking between 3 horrible endings, so much for the promise of 40 different types of ending that reflect your choices you made throughout the series. You have 3, and a 4th which was tacked on with the EC.

Before the EC it was even worse, that kid turns up, you can't argue with him, you just stand there like an idiot and swallow all this jargon and stumble towards one of those pretty lights. Normandy crash lands somewhere, we don't know what happened to our crew, landed on some strange planet and it just stops. What happens to earth, what about all the choices I made, did they matter at all? Shepard is dead was expecting that anyway but what will happen to my crew, can they get back now that the mass relays are destroyed???
Then after the credits roll Bioware prompts players to buy some more DLC guys, k thx bye. R u f*cking kidding me!?

You end your series like this, filled with plot-holes and introducing some wacko star-child nonsense in the last few minutes of the game? Reapers aren't the main antagonist it seems, it's really the struggle between synthetics and organics, you try to shove that in now? All this new information they pile on the player, confusing you, what choice am I really making here in the end?

I sat stunned just utterly floored, nah this can't possibly be the ending, there must be more, everything I've done leading up to this point really shouldn't be boiled down to a choice of 3.

It's truly remarkable how they could ruin a series for me in less than 15 minutes. The EC tried to fix some of the unanswered questions but really the damage was already done and building more and more on all that star-child crap just annoyed me further.

So why would I willingly play through that series again to end right back at that ending, pick your favourite colour Crim this is defo worth your time again. These endings are all so different and good.

Well, that's all fair enough, if that's the way you feel. I'd disagree about the ending coming quite so out of the blue. I thought it was increasingly foreshadowed throughout the game that there was something more to it all than initially met the eye.

The reapers had to come from somewhere. Machine intelligence doesn't arrive without biological intelligence to kickstart it. I thought that the endings did fit with the themes of the series, even if they were a bit perfunctory and unsatisfying.

 

For me personally, as I said earlier, the enjoyment of the game and indeed all BioWare games comes in the journey. It's about all those personal interactions, happy and sad moments along the way. The fact that it didn't end quite the way i wanted didn't invalidate all that went before for me. I guess it's just a different mindset...

I think its the lack of closure.....thats missing . And with 3 endings..they couldve done that and stick with their agenda.....
