I don't think it's degrading to women. I do think the main character is a harmful predator who takes advantage but is promoted as the best boyfriend ever.

For me it just looked like one of those bad 80's movies they'd have made with Mickey Rourke or Michael Douglas about some mildly attractive rich man able to manipulate and abuse some woman and yes the whole notion was offensive 25 years ago as it is now. Offensive and cheesey.

I thought that the TR sequel was just a limited-time XBox exclusive, but was coming to PS4 and PC too...

 

It is, it's a timed exclusive, they wanted to help Xbone shift a few sales so they get first dibs.
