I'm not actually on this thread very much, but I'm aware that it kind of goes all over the place. For me personally, I consider that part of the charm. All the character threads seem sort of indicative of the character they focus on. Vivienne's is dignified, Cassandra's is lacking in frills and full of internal conflict (lol), and this one's a little random.

Mainly because I feel the SJW Tumblrites around here, especially those who love Sera, are partly to blame for the death of one of my favorite gaming franchises. Inquisition was an enormous letdown in every aspect, and to add insult to injury its dumbing-down was sent in a package of hamfisted social commentary and canon retconning to turn Thedas into a hugbox world where no one's bigoted and no one gets offended. Everyone likes each other and all of our differences don't matter. We only have to band together to fight generic and nameless demons, because pure social justice!

I inherently blame the pseudo-lesbians and bitchgif posters on forums, particularly this one, for that. You make up the largest demographic, unfortunately, and it's because of that, the SJWs having the largest demo, that Inquisition was dumbed down to hot dog water. It's why Sera couldn't be pretty or have a normal personality. She had to be the cute+bitchy+tomboyish+ugly lesbian to appeal to the SJWs who identify as all of those things themselves, or fall into them altogether.

In a way I do feel it personally. I'm a massive nerd for Dragon Age, and DA:2 was a tumble down the hill, while Inquisition came along to salt the wounds that nearly healed. EA and Bioware couldn't be happy ****** up their franchise once, they had to do it twice, but mask their failures under the guide of social progress. It had to be this way for profit, because the Tumblr crowd is their most vitrolic and active demographic. It's society's most outspoken demographic. It's why I can't express my dislike for transsexuals without being called a psychotic transphobic bigoted monster. SJWs are a malignant cancer on an already marred society, and in a way, it's the progression of things like Inquisition and virtual media in general that prove their poisonous waves will wash over us. No trolling can really stop it I suppose. Tolerance and entitlement are coming, and they'll drag you kicking and screaming to their perfect utopia of multiculturalism, though Ciswhiteheteros nor freethinkers will be able to apply.
