Guys... I may have a problem.

I just spent £30 on junk food for myself, for my weekend, which isn't anything special, just me sat on my ass playing games and watching movies.

I think I'm going to die this weekend.

If you want to pay my way, I can jump a plane to your neck of the woods and eat half the junk food for you or I can give you my address so you can mail me half.

Indeed! If you don't do the flag ritual, lord Abernache survives and you can pair him up with Chief Movran the Under as ambassadors.

I thought that was your suggestion! :) Xil, if you're still here...

*and I am out of likes already.

That's $44.16. Jeez but that's a lot of junk food. Can you halve it and eat the rest next weekend?

I like to think I keep them proactive.  :P

Oh Poodle. I know they say fish makes you smarter because it's 'brain food', but junk food doesn't actually... you know. *runs away*

I had the worst evening last night you guys. I woke up ( at least I thought I did; I hate dreams within dreams) to seeing a man standing beside my bedside table. It was only until I did a full house check and double checked that all the doors were locked and that the dogs were fine, that I realized I was dreaming of a house invasion. Thank god no one actually broke in, it was terrifying.

Even though I knew it was a dream, it was so vivid that I couldn't sleep in my own bed. So I went and tried to sleep in my parent's room. I think I'm running on max 3 hours of sleep.

Truth be told Poodle isn't that bad. I have a couple buddies I lift with that will probably die of a heart attack. If they have to skip a meal or simply don't reach their daily calorie and protein intake needed for the lifts they are doing, they make up for it by eating massive amounts of fast food. No joke I have watched them eat two and a half taco bell party packs or three super sized big mac meals in one day.

That's really not how it works...

I don't want you having a heart attack before you're 30! More greens and veggies, less plastic packaging!

I don't remember many of my dreams. But, every once in a while I have these really crazy and vivid dreams with a intense physical response. I dreamed once that some thing was pulling me off my bed by my legs. It was real enough it shocked me awake and for a few sec after I woke up, I could still feel its hands wrapped around my legs. So  I know how bad dreams can screw your night up.

Yeah. I honestly believed that because my dogs weren't barking or anything that they'd been hurt by this intruder. Until I checked over every inch of them I wasn't satisfied.

I am currently eating two large portions of chips, all by myself.

No, no no... I can't eat my way through two portions of chips. It's just not going to happen.

No and I have been trying to push them to let me teach them how to cook for months now. The truth is, if you really want to work towards something like a 700 or 800 pound dead lift, you have to eat for it. So a power lifter and strong mans daily calorie and protein intake is typically enough to feet two or more people. So eating as clean as you can is super important. I got sick of rice, beans, tuna and chicken breast a long time ago and most of my meals have been made up of the stuff for a couple of years. So, I fully understand why the do it. But, even a couple homemade burgers with baked fries is much more of a healthy alternative than what they are doing.

Online check-in done for our flight to Mexico City tomorrow. Flights from Europe to Mexico usually swing north past Iceland and then head south across Canada and the US to avoid the jetstream, so I may well be flying over some of your heads!

It's really easy to get sick of recipes if you eat them too often. You have to hit that line between delicious and too calorie heavy to be worth it.

I had a hectic night last night and I could have easily gone through McDonalds for dinner, but instead I made myself a feta and mushroom omelette. It didn't take me more than 5 minutes and it was delicious.
