I just like that she's actually smiling. I think she looks upset but trying to put on a brave face in the banner.

It just doesn't seem like an appropriate welcome is all. How about some of the things she says when you go see her?

"Sitting and waiting. Great, yeah?"

actually I think it's perfect for our thread. We really do have a sort of aura like "what the heck is going on in the sera thread now." It's her face that throws it off for me.

I was thinking something like that but I saw that and though, "that's what Sera would say if she stumbled in here." It's what she says when you talk to her for the first time at Skyhold.

I just don't think it would work. Bright and happy wasn't what I wanted to go with because, we here aren't always happy and cheerful. Sometimes, like recently with Xil, some less than happy stuff happens. Using that face would give of the wrong impression.

 

Something that is consistent though is the off topic, "cheeky" attitude we have here. Unlike all the other fan/discussion threads, we are probably the most off topic going and, from what I gather, that's something we all like about this thread (maybe some less than others but this thread wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for that off topic nature.)

That's a fair point.

 

Another point is that there's no particular urgency to this.  We don't need to do it right now or anything, as a few of the folks are unavailable for input for the next couple of days.  So we can discuss ideas and such and put you to work when the time is right
