* folds hands* both sides have merit.

Side A: wishes to accomedate others to understand how we operate and indirectly deter naysers and follow forum rules. And to spice things up. Like spring cleaning

Side B: doesn't see a need for it since it adds to drama and makes others on edge and implies appeasement to others. heck the cass thread is constantly fighting, the solas thread always thinking, vivienne always doing something all these threads lack a disclaimer for how they operate and are still alive and think its just a organized attack or renta mods killing time to create division destroying ourselves

I see the changes as a opportunity to just have some Sera fun, if it brings in new people that's fine as we saw yesterday there are people wanting to have good discussions about Sera. Really it's just about having something Sera related to have fun with as a lack of anything new has kind of lessened the Sera discussions, maybe I'm wrong and don't understand the harm it could have, I really don't know.

No one wants to say anything? About the hard work and effort that I have put into making this banner for all of us, not just myself? Anyone? Wow... I feel so under appreciated right now.

 

I prefer the second one, but there's no hurry, man.  Plenty of time and plenty of people still need to see it.  It's only been twenty minutes!

I know poodle but please be patient as we really need to make sure that everyone can give their opinion on things, everyone's opinions are important and should be listened to. Ok

I like the first one better. Personally I'm not a fan of the font itself, or at least its vanilla state, I'd probably do some kerning, but that's just an aesthetic preference and it doesn't really matter and I get fussy about typography :lol: Thanks Poodle for putting so much time into it! :)

Hey Light, both are lovely but I think the second is gorgeous, it's warm and theres a bit of a glow to it.

Okay. Could you recommend a font that you would like to see? And should I bring the letters closer together or pull them apart a bit?

I know and I will wait but, me being me, I need to have some feedback else I'll lose any and all interest. I will wait for more people to see it though.

Isn't it better for them in the long run to let them know that? Better to dent some feelings now than crush some hearts later.

I think I would still prefer a different font myself, if only because that one doesn't really say Sera or Dragon Age to me at all.....

I can't off the top of my head, sorry. I'm in a car for a few hours and then gone. :lol: the font you used is fine though, I just don't like the big spaces within words, I suppose. But I do think that's an aesthetic call and it's your piece, so it's not meant as a "do this" comment, seems like most people like it, so def don't change anything because of my comment unless it's something you personally think would improve it, ya know? <3

Oh LP you could use the Inquisition font, if you wanted, unless that's not the vibe you're going for or you think that's too played out, haha.
