Typical that cat wants to live in a château. ;)

Personally I think I'd rather have loads of small places in different places than one massive castle...

I'd like Skyhold if I could jump off of roofs without getting hurt. I'm a little hung up on the whole jumping thing aren't I. I've always wanted to try skydiving unfortunately it's not the best thing for someone with a seizure disorder. Boo! Scuba diving is another thing I miss out on.

Killer robots are cool, but I prefer to use finesse when 'persuading' my harem ladies to stay with me...

Spoiler

Tell me what man or woman could hope to compete against this?

hilarious..but I will counter, any woman or man with a creative mind that can seduce the heart and please the imagination...

good sex is physical, great sex is mental..and...wait for it...Mindblowing!

Did you see the news story about the guy, a few months ago, who went into an epileptic fit while skydiving? He was fortunate that he had a timed parachute plus an instructor who managed to get to him and release the chute. The guy is still going to skydive however he will never be allowed to dive alone. I think this was in Australia.

I have to admit that I do rather enjoy the ridiculous Skyhold jumping. Also jumping over Krem's head in Haven. He doesn't even flinch! :D

It's awesome that they were able to help him but I wouldn't want to put anyone else at risk, when I was young I didn't mind taking the risk as long as it was just me that was in danger.

Yeah I could see it being a concern. He can't jump alone and he does have to have a timed chute. I gotta say I won't be doing it. I have a terrible fear of heights. I get real wobbly in tall buildings so I imagine I would just pass out if I had to leap out of a plane!

Oh that's just to keep them entertained when I'm busy with something/someone else. Or are you doubting my ability to charm and please? *readies Experimental MIRV*

No wonder the Brittish are so stiff with all their castles. :P

I'm not much of a roamer, so I would prefer one large house with lots of stuff in it. *science lab, medicine lab, 'play' lab*

If it weren't for the circumflex, your own preferred choice of residence might seem a little chaste, which would never do! ;)

Or like a silly question: chasse-t-elle? (does she hunt)

I would love it, I got my first clean EEG a few years ago so who knows maybe some day. Never had a clean EEG until I transitioned maybe my brain didn't handle puberty very well, that's when I had my first seizure, unfortunately no one studies these things.

I've read your writing, I have no doubts about that, but you did say who could compete with it, you didn't make it conditional!

Just feeling territorial. And competitive. *postures*

(To explain my previous joke, In French, a circumflex accent over a vowel, such as in château, often denotes that it was historically followed by an S.)

I'm not working today and I'm going to finally leave Goodsprings today, I've been a little scared to leave that area.

Dani doesn't transitioning and the taking of the meds for that involve a second semi-puberty state? I thought I'd read that somewhere but I could be very wrong (please forgive me if I am). Anyway maybe your brain readjusted properly? But it's a good thing you've been getting clean EEG's! :) Maybe you can someday and if you really want to just check with a doctor about precautions.

Dani, perhaps it isn't my right or place to say, but I also hope that more than clean EEG's and a happy brain, I hope you have a happy heart(emotionally) and that life is good for you...

I'm sorry if thats too forward from someone who only knows you from the thread, it just sounds like you've been through a lot of pain from things you've said previously.

Pretty much, yep you go through all the changes. Not being exposed to the wrong hormones and taking the right ones for me seems to have changed my EEG's. The disturbance was always in the same part of the brain but now it's gone, they always thought it was a brain injury that left scar tissue but now that it's not there anymore makes it suspect in my opinion. The doctors want to just say that the meds are masking it but I've been on the same meds since the beginning and the EEG's always showed a disturbance. Once your on the meds they don't ever want to take you off which is understandable but they don't research things like my situation so it makes it a bit frustrating. I've also had Cat scans that show nothing in my head.

Oh I'm so glad to hear that, Dani. Clean scans are always something to celebrate.

And someone should definitely be studying the effects. But it's wonderful that you're in good health. <3

Well I guess the best thing is just that it's gone and you're feeling better. :) Hopefully the research will one day catch up with the results.

Really I'm happier than I ever thought possible when I was young and I really appreciate the concern everyone has shown me here. <3
