I finished Lair of the Shadow Broker this weekend. ME 2 has been such a thrill ride and I still haven't gotten to the Omega 4 relay. One quick question: Miranda hates my Shep now cause he sided with Jack. How do I regain her "loyalty?" Every time I speak to her now I get this super snotty response that ends the attempt at convo quickly.
I used my renegade option to tell her that I only sided with Jack to keep Jack happy.
Oh, and has everyone decided on which image they like better?

You can't. She will no longer talk to you and she will no longer have the opportunity to become loyal.

Means you don't have enough points in either camp to get that conversation. You can try reloading to a save before that conversation and level up - see if you have any extra points.

Have you tried L.A. Noire? I hesitate to recommend that game because of the horrible working conditions so many on the dev team had to endure but it might be up your alley.
Funny story, very late in development they changed the "Accuse" option to "Doubt" in interrogations- without changing any of the other corresponding dialogue. I didn't realize this and was shocked when I chose to doubt the veracity of someone's claim and Cole (the main character) started screaming at them about how they were a bigot and wanted the guy dead. Whoa, whoa, DUDE...less coffee.

You have to have I believe 75% of either Paragon or Renegade to get the option. Using either will give you back their loyalty and allow you to talk to them again. From what you're saying now though, that she ends the convo really quickly, means you've missed the opportunity. (That happens with Jack anyway, I've never p*ssed off Miranda.)

Nope. Not willing to replay those hours.
Unfortunately your only option (aside from backtracking) is to do a new game plus and carry over your paragon/renegade points.
FYI if you're considering doubling back the "conflict" conversations only happen after you've completed the loyalty missions for both characters.
