Legion is Judas.

He comes to us with some of the themes above.. About how the Geth just want to make their own way and evolve independently.

But he goes Judas when he forgets that and decided the only way to evolve was with Reapers.

Might disagree with you there. It's more the other Geth that decide to side with the Reapers. At worst Legion misrepresents the potential threat of the Geth by way of an honest miscalculation. He characterizes the 'rogue' ones as a relatively small splinter group and at the time of ME2 this seems to be accurate. He (or 'it,' whatever) just fails to anticipate the Quarians moving to war and how the Geth will react to this in the interests of self-preservation.

Whereas I view the quarians as the patron saints of the Too Dumb To Live trope, a far greater crime IMO.

Seriously, they started a fight they couldn't win, twice, and then ask Shepard to save them when they start losing. A second time.

I love that my work has an ice rink! It's open over my lunch hour! Sculling is kicking my ass and I totally bit the ice.

But it was incredible because I've never had an entire rink to myself before!

I'm heading to Primm and shot some Dobble Gangers, I think that's their names but anyway I took some of the loot from the place they were staying at and it said I lost Karma is that important?

Nah, unless you steal every single item that's labeled in red your karma won't drop much. Even if it does, just kill some feral ghouls or random bandits and you should get your good karma back, IIRC.
 

 

In Primm? If you managed to disarm the mines on the way across the bridge, you can set up an ambush. If baddies are in a room, tossing a stick of dynamite (from Powder Gangers) inside can take away a nice chunk of health. Just mind the explosion radius.

 

There are two perks that are great if you want an explosives centered perk: Demolition Expert (three ranks) to increase damage and Hit the Deck! to reduce damage taken from explosives, including your own. Mad Bomber combined with Nuka Chemist is an insane combination. Make special Nuka Cola Quartz from the regular stuff (found in every store that sells food), use that to make the almighty Nuka Grenade.

 

You need 100 in explosives to craft it, but it does 350 damage minimum.

Ooooh yes, this is very good advice! Explosives are insanely fun in this game.

I don't mind that as much.

At least they would rather rely on their own stupidity and futile efforts. Rather than siding with Reapers.

To me, this is the most important thing in Mass Effect. Even when it fails.

I would rather a logical "Judas" with an army that doesn't eat, s*** or sleep than idiots who can die from a cold.

That peace, and I'm with David Gaider on this one, gets me two armies is the only thing that saves them.

S*** you even get Paragon points for killing them, a sure sign you're doing the galaxy a favour.

She also does a voice in SWTOR, if ya make it over there! I forget which one though, lmao, but one of the player characters. SWTOR is like a who's who of Bioware VA tho...my two characters are SIth Warrior (who played Janeka in the legacy DLC) and Imperial Agent (FemHawke). Brian Bloom does one too. I'm sure there are more I just can't think of off the top of my head I also laughed heartily when I ran into an NPC who was voiced by Adam Howden.

I think ME3 presents a much more sympathetic case for the Geth than the Quarians- particularly with what you learn in the VR mission. One of the writers (I think it was Patrick Weekes) stated that his intention with the A.I. characters in ME was to not do what Star Trek did. Namely, he didn't want the Pinocchio syndrome (Data wanting to be more human) or the Borg (deciding to eradicate or assimilate other races).

 

Sadly, EDI got Pinocchio syndrome in ME3 due to other writers. The Geth, however, were meant to exist with the idea of, "We don't want conflict. If you leave us alone we'll leave you alone." (This interpretation stared with ME2, hence their status as straight-up antagonists in the first game.)

 

Both the Geth and the Quarians made some bad moves, but really... The Quarians decided to start a major war at probably the worst possible time they could have chosen to do so. Maybe you could argue that it's precisely because of the looming Reaper threat that some of their leadership wanted to divert everyone's attention to a different problem but it was still a pretty bone-headed move.

Thats why I'm making it a requirement for the next place I work at has a gym. I want to be able to eat a quick lunch and get some lifts in. It will help me manage the stress of working for and with people again.

I like going down to the gym after my shift and running on the elliptical before walking back to my car; I don't really have an excuse not to go, but I'm lazy. Lol.

That's why skating is great, the ice keeps my core temp down so I don't go back to the office all sweaty and gross.

I once had a rabbit called Hannibal and it literally ate my walls. The bloody plaster walls! I don't know what happened to him, but the closest I've got is "he died." Dammit, I miss that glorious b*stard!
