think grim was jokingWow, thanks for that...
I don't "have to" but I know if I don't give myself a limit then I'll eat the whole bag, so I count my portions.

Oh.. I didn't know it was self imposed. Nothing wrong with that.
I thought someone else was making you ration. Sounded like grade school for a second. Like designated "snack time". lol

Oh! Light!
What do you think of a pea pod, bell pepper, broccoli, celery, carrot stirfry with beef or chicken?
Super easy, toss all your veggies in a pan with a teeny tiny bit of oil (like less than a half teaspoon), put your meat into another pan and brown it, and then make your sauce.
A third cup soya sauce, one and a half teaspoon honey, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, and about a tablespoon of orange zest. Whisk the sauce until semi-thick consistency and then pour over your meat. then combine your meat with your vegetables and stir all together.
Done. It's like less than 20 minutes and delicious.

Never had a cannoli
Should be able to find them in any Italian cafe or restaurant.
One of the few desserts that could never be mass produced well... so you're forced to get quality.
