Many States are also adopting really high taxes on cigs as well. Don't know if you are seeing that in the UK.

at worst we cant smoke in buildings or hospitals but yeah i chained constantly when i went out to play cards or do what i do very lax

I can relate to that.  Half the reason I lift is because it gives me some place for my emotions and pent up anger to go. I don't know what I would be doing without lifting. Kind of scary to think of my life without it a this point. 

I would pick up.....getting some muscle..but the stuff cost so much.... and I live in a tiny Appartement already lol dont have space for anything but some weight....
